NOSD Changes the Complaint
After more than a year and a half from the date of the initial filling of the lawsuit, the Northern Ozaukee School District now has amended its complaint against the Thistles. Court documents reveal that the District not only is seeking the neighboring property owners to pay entirely for their costs, is also seeking to redirect storm water through the Thistles property. This is the storm water which is currently going to the designated storm water retention pond.
The Northern Ozaukee School District has been working hard to conceal public documents and records surrounding this whole issue; particularly how much tax payer money has been spent. District officials, using taxpayer funds, have authorized their legal firm to spend massive amount of time shielding the production of public documents.
